UNITED METHODIST WOMEN

Purpose:

The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

New Oregon United Methodist Women:

• Is for all women in the church.
• We meet every 2nd Tuesday of the month at the church for a time of fellowship, business, and program.
• We are active in all aspects of the church and its programs.
• We send money for the Children's Home, church summer mission and local Thanksgiving and Christmas programs.
• Have also given toward renovations at the parsonage.
