Angel Food Ministries

We have started the Angel Food Ministries at the church for anyone interested. It is a nationwide program offering low cost food relief to anyone in need. It is not based on income. There are a variety of boxes that can be ordered.

The basic box is $30.00 , there is a Sr. Special also.

Ordering times are the 1st and 2nd

Mondays from 8:30 A.M.-10:30 A.M. and 5:30 P. M. -7:30 P. M. and on the 2nd Friday from 8:30 A.M. -- 10:30 A. M.

Delivery is once a month.

An insideOUT Summer

… and Beyond

To all,

The last month has been extremely busy and seems to have flown by.

Thank you to everyone who helped with all the various events! Each event

was wonderful and seemed to be anointed. I believe we at New Oregon

are truly reaching out into the community to share God’s love with _____.

There is a blank there because we have shared God’s love with so many

different groups and individuals that I cannon even begin to list them all.

At New Oregon we are truly being the disciples that Jesus Christ calls

each and every one of us to be.

I would like to share something with everyone that is on my heart. It is

scripturally derived from Hebrews 13:2 (NRSV), “Do not neglect to show

hospitality to strangers, for by doing that some have entertained angels

without knowing it.” As we go through each day, I urge us all to be careful

about what we say and do because we never know who is watching.

Hebrews 13:2 reminds me of Tommy Shane Steiner’s country song “What

If She’s an Angel.” Try to find time to listen to this song. It is a wonderful

testament to Hebrews 13:2. Remember, we never know who is watching

or listening. Always strive to be insideOUT for Christ.
