New Oregon Annual Mission Trip

The annual mission trip is a great experience, it involves some time off and daily engagement in HARD WORK, fellowship, food, music, entertainment, devotion. It really is a AWESOME, INSPIRING experience, that you will never forget!

2009 Mission Trip

New Oregon’s Mission Team will celebrate 20 years of missional

house-building by constructing a Habitat for Humanity house for

a single mom with two children in Statesville, NC, during the week

of July 19th. This year’s “traveling team” numbers 53 of all ages

and includes participants from eight other congregations.

The Mission Team will be commissioned during Morning Worship

on July 12 and will meet afterwards to make final travel plans.

Everyone is invited to help load the shower trailer on the evening

of Friday July 17 and to see the Mission Team off early on

Sunday July 19 after its traditional send-off breakfast by the

United Methodist Men.
